What is Personal Training?

Personal training is Fitness Formula Clubs personal approach to fitness designed to provide members of all fitness levels a time-efficient, safe and highly effective exercise program. Our trainers work side-by-side with our members on all types of fitness equipment paying close attention to proper form, posture and biomechanics.

How are Fitness Formula Clubs Personal Trainers qualified?

Fitness Formula Clubs Personal Trainers have a minimum of a 4 year college degree in fitness related fields and/or a nationally recognized certification from ACE, NASM or ACSM. Additionally, several master degree Personal Trainers with specialized skills are on staff. Our Personal Trainers also undergo continuous Fitness Formula PT Education®.
